Common questions
Do parents need an account?
No sign-in is needed to book from a shared link or manage a booking from its email. Signing in lets a returning parent reuse their student details.
Can parents change a booking?
Yes. The booking email includes a link to reschedule or cancel, subject to the centre's cut-off and available times.
Are bills and tutor comments available?
Not yet. Billing, tutor notes and app dashboards are planned and are not available in the current product.
